Hoya Variegated Burtoniae

Hoyas:

1. Light: Provide bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the delicate leaves. East or west-facing windows are ideal, where the plant receives gentle morning or afternoon sun. If grown indoors, place it near a bright window or provide supplemental grow lights.

2. Temperature: Maintain temperatures between 60-80°F (15-27°C) year-round. Protect the plant from cold drafts and sudden temperature fluctuations.

3. Watering: Water the plant thoroughly when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch during the growing season (spring and summer). Allow excess water to drain away, and never let the plant sit in water. Reduce watering frequency during the dormant season (fall and winter), allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings.

4. Humidity: Hoya Variegated Burtoniae appreciates high humidity levels but can tolerate normal humidity levels as well.

7. Support: Hoya Variegated Burtoniae is a climbing vine and benefits from a support structure such as a trellis, moss pole, or other support. This encourages upward growth and helps maintain the plant's shape.
